Do buyers need an account?
No. The buyer enters an email, pays through Stripe Checkout, and receives time-limited download links.
What files are included?
CSV, Excel, a PDF summary report, and a Google Sheets compatible CSV export.
Do datasets include private personal data?
No. The product is positioned around public business records, official open data, and legally usable business contact information.
Do lead exports include email?
No. Buyer email is used for receipts and download links, but dataset exports intentionally exclude personal contact data.
How fresh is the data?
Every listing shows a last-updated date and coverage summary. Purchased files include detailed source attribution. Availability and freshness vary by city, state, and source.
What is a Starter, Growth, or Pro Pack?
Each pack is a fixed-price download tier with a maximum row count. Starter is for focused tests, Growth is for broader outreach, and Pro is for larger market coverage. A package is only available when the selected dataset has enough rows to deliver it.
What happens if a dataset has rows left over after my package?
Some lower packages include limited bonus rows. If rows still remain, the checkout may offer a paid completion add-on so you can buy all remaining rows from that dataset without needing a larger package that does not fit.
Will I receive rows I already bought?
The system tries to exclude rows already delivered for the same dataset by matching your email and, when available, checkout IP address. Use the same email address for repeat purchases to improve matching.
Can I request a custom dataset?
Yes. Use the Custom Dataset Request page for niche categories, multi-state pulls, special geographies, or examples such as a North Carolina professional dataset or a custom Network Package. Custom work depends on source availability and review.
Are the datasets official government records?
No. They are cleaned, packaged exports built from public and official sources. Source references are included, but buyers should verify critical licensing or compliance decisions with the original source.
Can I use the data for email or phone outreach?
You are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state privacy laws, opt-out rules, platform rules, and any source-specific restrictions. The data is intended for lawful business use, not spam or regulated consumer screening.
Do you offer refunds?
Because datasets are digital files, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If a technical issue prevents delivery or a file materially differs from the checkout description, use the contact form for review.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. BuyDataset.com does not store full card numbers. After successful payment, the order is marked paid and download links are generated.
How long do download links last?
Download links are time-limited for security. If a paid buyer has trouble accessing a valid purchase, use the contact form and include the order email.
Can I resell the dataset?
Purchased data is for your internal business use unless BuyDataset.com gives written permission. You may not republish, mirror, scrape, or resell the files as a competing database or marketplace.
